✅ I paid for my plan and it hasn't been activated: how to fix it

What to do if you paid for your Pro or Diamond Pro plan and the subscription doesn't appear active in the app.

You've paid for your Pro or Diamond Pro plan and the app still shows up as if you had no subscription. Don't worry: your payment hasn't been lost. It's almost always an account or sync mismatch that can be solved with these steps.

Fix it in 5 steps

  1. Check the email you're logged in with. It's the number one cause: the subscription is activated on the account you paid with. If you log in with another email (personal vs. work, Gmail vs. Apple), the app won't find your plan. Log out and log in with the same email used for the payment.

  2. Tap "Refresh subscription" in your profile inside the app. This forces the app to check the status of your plan again.

  3. On iOS, use "Restore purchases" if that option appears. It re-links the purchases made in the App Store to your Apple ID.

  4. Wait a few minutes if you just paid. Stores and payment gateways can take a little while to confirm the transaction. A short wait and a new "Refresh subscription" are usually enough.

  5. Verify that the payment was completed. Look for the receipt in your email: it's sent by Apple, Google or Stripe depending on where you bought. If there's no receipt, the payment may not have been processed.
