If you purchased your Snap360 subscription through the Apple App Store, the plan upgrade is managed directly through your Apple account settings.
Step 1: Start the Upgrade Process
Open the Snap360 app.
If the app shows a message indicating you have reached a limit (e.g., device limit), tap the "UPGRADE" button located at the top bar.
On the screen that opens, tap "Upgrade Subscription".
Step 2: Choose the New Plan in the App Store
The app will show you the available plan options.
Scroll and select the Snap Diamond plan.
Tap the subscribe button to begin the purchase process through the App Store.
Step 3: Confirm the Purchase with Apple
An App Store window will open (Sandbox if it is a testing environment).
Verify the plan details and price.
Confirm the purchase using your authentication method (Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password).
Once the purchase is completed, Apple will process the change, and your Snap360 subscription will immediately update to the new plan.
Important Note: In the case of a plan upgrade, Apple will automatically calculate the unused portion of your previous subscription and apply it as credit toward the cost of the new plan.
