🌐 How can I upgrade my subscription to Diamond? (Web)

If you purchased your Snap360 subscription directly from our website (managed by Stripe), the process to upgrade your plan is quick and done through a secure customer management portal.

Step 1: Start the Subscription Management Process

  1. Open the Snap360 app and go to the homepage.

  2. Tap the ‘Upgrade’ icon (the diamond icon on the top bar).

  3. Tap the "Manage/Upgrade subscription" button.

Step 2: Access the Customer Portal

  1. The app will redirect you to the secure Stripe page to manage your account.

  2. Tap the "Send" button.

  3. You will see a message confirming that a login link has been sent to your email.

Step 3: Open the Login Link

  1. Check your inbox for the email address you just entered.

  2. Look for an email from Snap360 (or from our payment gateway, Stripe) with the subject "Login Link."

  3. Tap the "Login to Customer Portal" button within that email.

Step 4: Upgrade Your Plan

  1. The link will open a webpage where you can see your current subscription, price, and the date of your next bill.

  2. Tap the "Upgrade subscription" (or "Change subscription") button.

  3. Select the new plan you want to switch to (e.g., from Pro to Diamond).

  4. Confirm the payment details. The Stripe system will automatically calculate the prorated difference from your current plan.

That's it! Once the upgrade is confirmed, your new plan will be active immediately in the app. If the plan doesn't update instantly in the app, go back to the profile section and tap "Refresh subscription."
