Upgrade from Pro to Diamond Pro

The process depends on where you manage your subscription. We have a step-by-step guide for each case:

Change the billing period (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

The billing period change is managed on the platform where you pay: the App Store subscription settings on iOS, the Google Play subscriptions section on Android, or your web account if you bought online. When you change it, the new period applies according to that platform's conditions.

My subscription expired: can I come back?

Of course. You can subscribe again whenever you want: your account still exists and your synced videos are still there waiting for you. You just need to choose your plan again and, if the app doesn't reflect it immediately, tap Refresh subscription in your profile.
