If you purchased your Snap360 subscription through the Google Play store, the upgrade takes two steps directly through the Google Play Store interface and activates instantly.
Step 1: Start the Upgrade Process
Open the Snap360 app.
On the main screen (HOME), you will see a button at the top to upgrade your plan.
Tapping on it will show the pop-up "Upgrade your events with Snap360!", tap the "Upgrade" button.
This will redirect you to the Google Play purchase window.
Step 2: Confirm the Purchase of the New Plan
The Google Play window will appear with the details of the new subscription (e.g., "Pro Diamond Subscription").
Check the plan details, price, and payment information.
Tap the subscribe button (e.g., "Subscribe" in the example) and complete the authentication (Google password, fingerprint, etc.).
The Google Play system will process the payment. Once completed, your Snap360 subscription will immediately upgrade to the new plan.
Important note: when you upgrade, Google Play automatically calculates the unused portion of your previous subscription and discounts it from the cost of the new plan. You don't lose what you already paid.
