🔄 Switching phones: how to move your account to another device

Getting a new phone or using another device at an event: sync first, log in on the new one and keep your plan's device limit in mind.

Your account travels with you

Your Snap360 account, your events and your videos in the cloud don't live on your phone, they live in your account. Switching devices is as simple as logging in on the new one — with one important precaution first.

Before leaving your old phone: sync

Unsynced videos live only in that phone's Local Gallery. Before switching, go to Content Management › Offline Videos and sync everything pending (full guide here). Anything you don't sync won't appear on the new device.

On the new phone

  1. Download Snap360 from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Log in with your same email and password.

  3. Your events and your cloud gallery will appear automatically.

Your plan's device limit

The Pro plan lets you use the account on 1 device; the Diamond Pro plan, on multiple devices at once. If a limit warning appears when you log in on the new one, log out on the old one or consider upgrading to Diamond. More detail: Can I use the app on multiple devices?
