First things first: where did you purchase your subscription?
Snap360 payments are handled by the store where you subscribed, and each one has its own refund process. Identify your case and follow the steps.
🍎 Purchased on the App Store (iPhone/iPad)
Refunds for purchases made on the App Store are handled and decided directly by Apple — Snap360 cannot process or speed them up.
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Find the Snap360 purchase and select "Request a refund".
Apple usually responds within 24-48 hours.
🤖 Purchased on Google Play (Android)
Find the Snap360 purchase and select "Request a refund".
If the option doesn't appear (purchases older than 48 hours), message us in this chat and we'll find the best solution with you.
🌐 Purchased on the Snap360 website
Message us in this same chat with the email you paid with and the date of the charge. We'll review your case and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
In the meantime, keep in mind
