Before cancelling: did you know you can freeze your plan?
If your subscription is via Google Play and you'll just be without events for a while, there's no need to cancel. You can freeze your subscription and keep your price and your data for when you come back. See how here: ❄️ Freeze your Google Play subscription and save!.
Important: your subscription is managed where you purchased it
Snap360 can't cancel the renewal for you from the app, because billing is handled by the store where you subscribed. Follow the steps for your case.
🍎 If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad (App Store)
Open Settings on your device.
Tap your name (at the top) and then Subscriptions.
Select Snap360.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
🤖 If you subscribed on Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Select Snap360.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
🌐 If you subscribed on the Web
You can check your plan status, renewal date and payment details in your Control Center (log in with the same username and password as the app). To cancel the renewal of a subscription purchased on the web, write to us through this chat and we'll take care of it right away.
What happens after cancelling?
Cancelling only turns off automatic renewal. You keep all your plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access to your saved events and videos.
