On the Snap360 login screen, tap Forgot your password?
Enter the email you registered with and send the request.
Check your inbox (and your spam folder) and follow the link to create a new password.
Go back to the app and log in with the new password.
If the email doesn't arrive
Make sure you're using the same email you created the account with (it's easy to mix up personal and work accounts).
Wait a few minutes and check spam/promotions.
Try requesting it again from a stable connection.
