As indicated on our features page, the online gallery lets you view and download the videos for 30 days. It's the space designed for guests to access their memories with the event's QR or link, so let them know they should download their videos within that period.

After each event, download or back up the important videos before the online gallery's period expires.
Remind your clients and guests that they have 30 days to download theirs.
