💾 Step-by-Step Guide to Back Up Your Videos on iOS

At Snap360 we want to make sure you have the best experience while using it. One of the most important features is backing up the videos and photos you create in the app. For this to work correctly, you need to grant full access to your gallery on iOS.


Below, we show you a simple step-by-step guide to enable the necessary permissions:

Step 1: Open your iPhone settings

  1. On your device's home screen, find and open the Settings app (the gear icon).

Step 2: Find our app in the list

  1. Scroll down until you find our app. If you downloaded our app called Snap360, it will appear with its matching name and icon.

  2. Tap the app's name to open its settings.

Step 3: Set up access to your photos

  1. Inside the app's settings, find the Photos option and tap it.

  2. You will see several options:

    • None: Does not allow access to your photos.

    • Selected Photos: Only allows access to specific photos.

    • Full Access: Lets the app access your entire gallery.

  3. Select Full Access so the app can automatically back up all the videos and photos you create.

Step 4: Check the permissions

  1. Go back to your iPhone's main settings and open the Privacy & Security section.

  2. Tap Photos and make sure our app is set to Full Access.

Step 5: Enjoy the backup features
All done! Now our app has full access to your gallery, which will let it:

  • Automatically back up all the videos you create.
