Is the video taking longer than expected to process, or the QR code not appearing right away? In most cases it’s not a bug: it’s normal processing time that depends on several factors. We’ll tell you what they are and how to reduce them.
Why It Can Take a While
Video size and quality. The longer and higher resolution, the more processing work.
Heavy imported music and frames. Long MP3 files or large frames add rendering time.
Your device’s speed. Processing is done on the phone or tablet itself, so an older device will take a bit longer.
The internet connection. Uploading the video and generating the sharing QR requires a stable connection.
Tips to Speed It Up
Use a stable WiFi connection or good mobile data during the event.
Don’t close the app while it processes: keep it in the foreground until the video is ready.
Lighten imported files: optimized frames and trimmed music clips process much faster.
Do a full test before the event with the same setup (frame, music, intro and outro) to know the real times.
Has It Got Stuck?
If a video has gone too long without progressing, follow the steps in this article: What to do if a video gets stuck while processing.
And if after all this it’s still abnormally slow, message us through this same chat telling us your device model and what you were recording: we’ll review it with you.
