Before deleting: save what you want to keep
Deleting your account is permanent: your profile, your events and your videos stored in the cloud are deleted, and we won't be able to recover them afterwards. Download everything you want to keep to your device first.
If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel the renewal first in the store where you purchased it — deleting your account does not automatically cancel the store's billing.
How to delete your account
Open Snap360 and go to your profile / account settings.
Look for the Delete account option and confirm.
If you can't find the option in your version of the app, write to us right here in this chat from your account email and we'll process the deletion for you.
Your data
When you delete your account, your personal data and your content are removed from our systems in accordance with the GDPR. If you just want to stop receiving communications or pause your usage, there's no need to delete your account — write to us and we'll help you with the alternative.
