Check how much space you're using
You can see your available storage in the app or in your Control Center (sign in with the same username and password). Your plan includes 4 GB (Pro) or 15 GB (Diamond Pro) of cloud storage.
Before deleting: save what you want to keep
When you delete an event or a video from the cloud, it is deleted permanently. First download the videos you want to keep to your device (or share them with your client).
Free up space
Open the event you no longer need.
Delete the videos you no longer use, or the entire event if it has already been delivered.
Repeat with your oldest events: they're usually the ones taking up the most space.
Deleted content but the counter isn't going down?
Sometimes the counter takes a while to update. Log out and log back in to the app to refresh it. If after that your space still doesn't reflect what you deleted, message us in this same chat: we'll check it directly in your account.
