🎓 How to Set Up Your 360 Photo Booth at a Graduation (Step-by-Step Guide)

A guide for graduation events with Snap360: one frame per student, hands-free recording and instant video delivery to each student.

Graduations are perfect for the 360 photo booth: lots of stars, lots of emotion and plenty of eagerness to share. Here’s how to set it up so it runs smoothly even when there’s a queue.

Before: one frame per student or one for the school

You can prepare a personalized frame per student (with their name) or a generic one with the school’s logo. Get them all ready in advance — we explain how to organize them in frames for events with many people, and how to design them with design frames with Canva or generate frames with AI.

During: pace and hands-free

  1. Turn on the motion sensor so each recording starts on its own with the rotation.

  2. If you use a frame per student, keep them ordered (01-Ana, 02-Bruno…) to switch them in seconds between one and the next.

  3. Add music and, if you like, the Boomerang effect for a more dynamic result.

The delivery: everyone with their own video

Each student scans the QR and gets their video from the Virtual Gallery for guests right away, ready to post on social media.

After

sync your videos when you finish and share the gallery with the school. For large events with several operators at once, upgrade to Diamond Pro (several devices + 15 GB).
